At HPE, we have developed a unique process that is optimized around delivering injection molded parts in the shortest possible time. Weather it is bridge-tooling, decreasing time to market, or an emergency solution to a production problem, we can provide injection molded parts faster than anyone. Depending on the geometry of the part, we can deliver first-article parts in days or weeks. Even the most complex geometry can be molded in three weeks. We mold commodity and engineering grade plastics including difficult to process resins like LCP, PPS, Ultem and PEEK. We use state of the art software and CNC machine tools and EDM to create molds in house where we have complete control over every aspect of the process. This allows us to consistently deliver quality parts on time.
