2 button holder- This part holds two buttons and mounts to a bezel. The two parts are made from ABS, and come from a 2-cavity mold.
Small Case- This part had to be accurate within 0.0005". It is made from Nylatron to reduce friction and there have been many design changes. The first mold cost only $700.00.
Insert- This small insert was needed right away. The Quote was submitted on Thursday afternoon and 1,000 parts were delivered on Monday morning.
Bezel- The customer did not have much of a budget for tooling. They were machining these for $16.00 for a set. Now they are less than $2.00 for a set and tooling was under $300.
